Wire EDM is very useful in cutting special shapes and forms in parts where conventional machines cannot do, e.g. special geometries or material hardnesses. CNC Waterjet and CNC Laser cutting machines, though faster, cannot hold the close tolerances of Wire EDM machine.
EDM Wire Machine Features:
1) Parameter is not required to put in, Artificial Intelligence works out perfect parameter immediately after putting in cutting thickness and wire diameter. Different accuracy based on different workers with different experience will be solved.
