This nesting CNC auto center is equipped with cnc auto tool changer and italy combination drills, widely used in wood, furniture, door, kitchen cabinet nesting, wooden bed making industry. It is a multi functional wood working cnc machine, can change different tools automatically, and doing vertical drilling and side drilling. The tool changer mechanism move with Y axis.
CNC Wood Nesting Router Special Configuration:
1. Circle style automated tool changer with 8 pieces of tools in total. It takes only 8 seconds to change the tool.
2. Adopt Italy-made air-cooled ATC spindle with strong power of 9.0KW, so the machine can keep working for long-time without fault. ISO30 tool connector and ISO30 tool holder.
3. Italy-made combined drills, it is perfect to do drilling on furniture surface and side. 9 vertical drills form a right angle for vertical drilling. 2 groups of X direction horizontal drills and 2 group of Y direction horizontal drills for horizontal side drilling.
4. Advanced Taiwan SYNTEC control system with separate keyboard and color LCD screen makes the operation easier, and the auto tool change system makes the operation safer and convenient.
5. The automatic multifunction CNC router machine is mainly assembled with precise parts: Japanese YASKAWA Servo Motor makes the CNC router stable running with low noise, high, and high accuracy.
6. X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, faster working, higher efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Taiwan-made ball-screw and Taiwan Hiwin H30 square orbit, with high precision and longevity.
7. Whole cnc center machine is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
8. Automatic oil-injection lubrication system makes the maintenance more convenient.
9. Solid vacuum table with movable vacuum dice. Vacuum dice can absorb different size materials for cutting and drilling. Flat vacuum table is great for spindle to do engraving, shaping, cutting and so on. And the vacuum pump has strong suction of 160 cube meters per hour.
10. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
11. Advanced file pretreatment function can correct the error in the files and is compatible with the process codes of multiple-national and international software.
12. Excellent compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software, such as Alphacam, Mastercam. Unigraphics, Artcam, Cimarron, etc.
13. Have photo-electric protection system with CE standard control cabinet, to protect the operating people.
14. With dust collect system to make the working environment clean and it is good to the machine.
15. The steel parts of the machine are made in our own factory to ensure the stability of the machine.
