This is a heavy duty point to point woodworking cnc machine center, configured with a multi-functional drilling unit, which has 7 vertical drills, 2 pairs of horizontal X direction mills, 1 pair of horizontal Y direction mills. It is mainly used for panel furniture manufacturing, such as doors, cabinets, closet, etc.

CNC P.T.P. Machining Center with ATC Feature:
1. Adopt Italy HSD Boring Head, it has vertical boring head+horizontal boring head. So it is appropriate for side working, like side drilling, slotting, milling, etc
2. Disc type ATC System, magazine capacity 10 tools, tool changing time just need 8 seconds.
3. Double working position design. One side is machining, the other side is up-down loading, improving the efficiency and capacity greatly.
4. Fixed type Pneumatic pump be used for correct the carved wood’s location,and can also fixed carved wood as clamp through pneumatic type. And working table material adopt compact grade, these advantages are wearable, pressure-proof, never deformed. Professional designed vacuum groove can suction material instant and can afford heavy duty cutting.
